Even though, till this day there is no direct evidence linking the number of cancer cases in Salt Lake to the Nevada nuclear testing, the burden of proof seems to be burying down on the government to take responsibility for their erroneous acts and also to learn from these mistakes, so we never have to read another book like Refuge again.
