The Iliad - A summary
The Illiad has a range of emotions. From the joyful, high-spirits to the gloomy and depressing times the Illiad is a truly touching story. A father that leaves his newborn son to go fight in war, takes the victory, but then gets lost at sea during his return only to finally reach home and find that some of the men of his kingdom were trying to steal his world. The Illiad is a perfect example of the happiness of pride and the devastation of its impact. The Lord of Atheka, Adysius, was extremely happy the day his son, Talimikus, was born. Adysius praised his son to the gods. Due to trouble with a neighboring country, Troy, Adysius was forced to leave his son for war.
