A woman plays a very important role in the Kazakhstany society.
Women are the largest demographic group in Kazakhstan. Kazakhstany women have a high level of educational attainment in contrast with men. Women constitute two-thirds of all employees with higher education. And we can find that women have achieved many things in professional fields as medicine, law, business, education and so on.
The increasing number of women involved in intellectual labour is an indicator of their high intellectual potential. In many areas of employment requiring high skills and qualifications, women constitute the majority. For example, 68% of all doctors, 79% of all teachers in the primary and secondary school system, and 82% of all economists are women.
Traditionally, the role of a woman, as mother, has been to raise and educate the young generation. ...
Given the present situation living in Kazakhstan the role of women in society may grow, due to the increasing importance of such predominantly female qualities as inter-personal skills, ability to listen to alternative points of view, tolerance, flexibility and openness.
