“Hey, you two! Stop where you are!” Shouted the powerful voice of a middle-aged woman. Our backs were turned towards her, so we did not see her face. I was with my friend Allison, and we both stopped in our tracks. As we slowly put down our shopping bags, a million things were racing through my head. My heart began to beat quicker and my palms became sweaty. I turned towards Allison, who didn’t seem to have a single fear in her head. Allison had told me repeatedly that there was no way we would get caught. “We could out smart the system any day,” She said. I nodded towards her and we both turned and faced the woman.
