Interdependence Affecting change-Foreign Aid Linda Nguyen The organization Doctors of the World is an effective organization which helps people all over the world to overcome difficult situations in which the country/region must endure (i.e. rapid spreading of AIDS in Africa.) To ensure that they are helping people, Doctors of the World have mandates/aims that they hope to reach. As any other organization, Doctors of the World have their own activities and roles in conflicts or co-operation. Members of this organization include Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, France, Cyprus, Canada, Belgium Argentina and the United States of America. Like other organizations, Doctors of the World have mandates in which the group hopes to accomplish. For Doctors of the World, their mandates include the hope to have freedom from torture, the right to equality, and the right to have the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health for everyone around the world.
