Gender Bias
The Hidden Bias bi·as (n.) 1. A preference or inclination, especially one that inhibits impartial judgement. 2. An unfair act or policy stemming from prejudice. Everyone has a prejudice of some form or another; wether they keep these preference's private or not, however, is up to the person in question. Being biased is not necessarily being wrong, or being a bad person, for being biased applies to every decision one might make. In nearly all situations that life might put one in, there are almost always more than one choice, and a decision must be made; a conclusion must be reached. In doing so a choice is made, a side is taken, and life continues. However, making a choice is not always so easy when it comes to such matters as racial tendencies, sexual preference, or even how one might look at others' body image.
