Graduation speech

Faculty, staff, parents, and the graduating class of 2000. When I was asked to speak at graduation I was not sure what I was going to say. When I look at my high school years at Denver I do not feel that my high school experience was what I wanted it to be. For most of you, high school has probably gotten easier as the years went on. But, for me it was the total opposite. It seemed for me that each year was harder and harder. Just not academically but also socially. But I did not give up trying. By the end of my junior year things became a lot easier for me. My grades improved and I felt that I was getting closer to my friends.
