Within the human mind there exists a vast number of impulses and emotions, love and hate are two examples. Few people would deny that hate exists on virtually every level of human endeavors. Hate has risen from Ministers, leaders of nations, as well as children from all walks of life. ... I hate? ... A hate crime is defined as "[a crime in which] the defendants conduct was motivated by hatred, bias, or prejudice, based on the actual or perceived race, color, religion, national Rodriguez 2 origin, ethnicity, gender, or sexual orientation, of another individual or group of individuals? ...
