Chicago,illinois is the city of opportunity, recreation, and diversity. It is also the city of a neverending glass ceiling that prevents the different to change the political machine. Corruption, racism, and crime are rampant throughout the bureaucratic system there. It hasn't changed since the early 1900's and still shows evidence of the same type of corrupt politics that ruled the Capone era.
