American Constitution

There are many parts to the United States Constitution. Fifty-Five men (Founding Fathers), who were delegates to the Constitutional Confederation contributed to re-making a new and useful Constitution, this federal government was established in 1787. The purpose of the Constitution was to separate the colonists away from Great Britain. One of the most important rights they sought out for was Independence, not only did they want this but they no longer trusted the English Constitution. The Constitution is a complete collection of charters, laws, and traditional understandings that proclaimed liberties.
The emphasis on property did not mean that the American Revolution was thought up by the wealthy to protect their interests or their right of property. ... The whole vision of the American Revolution was what could make political authority legitimate, and personal liberties secure. ... An example of one would be the Pennsylvania constitution, which was adapted in 1776. ... The Massachusetts constitution was adopted in 1780, and was less democratic than the Pennsylvania constitution. ... On the day of August 6th, the report, which was the first complete draft of the constitution, was handed over to the convention. ...
Now, moving on to what the people think about the Constitution, and how democracy plays a part in it. When the Constitution of The United States was first created it was not intended for the bases of a democratic government. ... Without these proper arrangements there would be no constitution.
There is a significant part in which we discuss the Constitution and Liberty, as being together almost as one. The people who proposed the Constitution were called Federalists and the opponents were called Anti-Federalists. In order to put to put the actual Constitution into effect was that it had to be approved at ratifying conventions in at least nine states. This was considered the most democratic characteristic of the Constitution. The Constitution could not be accepted by Congress or by state legislatures, but only by the people. The Constitution, when written, did not contain a number of specific guarantees of one’s own liberties. These liberties guaranteed in the Constitution before the Bill of Rights are as follows:
ð No bill of attainder may be passed by Congress or the states.
