The Texas State Bobcats have a new football coach, new uniforms and with this comes a new sense of excitement that hasn't been seen here in years. I was one of the excited students out tailgaiting in the extreme heat one hour before kickoff. Tailgaiting in the past was the event with the football game being a side note. This being my first time to tailgate I found it to be a very enjoyable experience. I met many new people that I share a common interest with, "football." Loud music, barbeque and beer are all part of the tailgaiting tradition and this was no different.
