Under affirmative action, in my opinion, two equally qualified candidates will not ever be perceived as equally competent in various areas of education or industry.
Therefore, I for the most part oppose the affirmative action and the benefits it gives to those it targets. ... The initial argument for the affirmative action was the formed because of the fear that cultural and ethnic bias are still in existence.
