"Michael Moore as a Threat to Big Businesses"
With cameras rolling constantly and the truthful words of a devastated working force, Michael Moore is a threat to the corporations from which these employees (usually former employees) have been jilted by. The threat he poses is not a physical one, but is one that stems from the very tactics he uses as well as his success in exposing the truth. Moore exposes issues that noone has the courage or tinacity to bring to the forefront for American audiences to aknowledge. ... His questions and compiled research are unnerving for them because lets face it, if there were no Michael Moores, the average American would not stir up such a controversy and these corporations would never have to justify or address the truth head on. Everything Moore does, from movies, interviews, to writing books, he is a threat to those he opposes because he reveals a truth that would otherwise be submissively swept under the rug.
The issues Moore addresses are ones that arent seen in typical movies. Americans are accustomed to viewing the fairytale romances and suspense thrillers, but then a different kind of movie came along, "The Big One".
