Unjust System for the Poor
There are similarities and differences between the rich and the poor, in regards to the legal system. Contrary to popular belief, an individual’s access to legal justice is just as important as their health or education. ... When it comes to the legal system, this indeed is reinstated. For example, in circumstances that would normally require legal action, the method of payment is not an issue. Usually, how they will pay is irreverent and is not a deciding factor in whether or not they will pursue legal action.
The rich are backed by their deeply rooted belief in the legal system. ... They usually try to steer away from poverty-stricken areas because they fear being targeted by the poor, but they ultimately know that justice would be served. They have no reason to think that our justice system would serve anyone unjustly because in their own personal dealings, the system has always returned outcomes in their favor.
