|
Taxes are a concern for all Canadians. ... One thing that has been an issue in the past is whether or not taxes should be raised to help provide more facilities. If taxes stay the way they are, people will continue paying the amount they pay and they won’t complain about the increases. On the other hand, if taxes were to go up for this purpose, people would complain less about not having enough to do. More money needs to be put into facilities, and to do this, taxes need to be raised. ... If taxes are raised slightly, facilities that need improvements will be fixed and more facilities will be built to keep people busy and happy.
If taxes were to be raised for the facilities, there would eventually be a higher standard of living. ... If taxes were to be raised for this purpose, it would be beneficial for all of the community’s residents.
