Regime Change in North Korea Beneficiality

It is in the interest of countries concerned (except North Korea itself) to force a regime change in North Korea. However, the good consequences that is seen to come after this regime change is intangible in the sense that actions are already being taken, and to force this regime change would inevitably destroy all efforts that have all ready been spent, which is why we have this idea in the first place, to resolve the problem.
