Security Council Studies Dispatch

The government held a National Security Council meeting, presided over by National Security Adviser Ra Jong-yil, to thoroughly examine the issue of dispatching combat troops to Iraq.
Saying it will be careful about the dispatch decision and consider public opinion, the government will send 12 Middle East conflict experts, including two civilians, to Iraq next week, and they will stay through early next month.
