Why War? ... War is something that will always be around as long as the human race graces this earth. Unfortunately, we as humans do not always get along, and that often leads to small conflicts, or even war. The United States engages in war, foreign and domestic, usually for three reasons: to defend our freedoms, to defend the freedoms of our allies, or to gain allies by doing what is morally right. ... In this case, September 11 was a direct cause for war. ... Therefore, even once the war is over we will continue to deploy troops to the Middle East, to keep the terrorist threat suppressed.
