The arguments for having an abortion range from the woman being to young, having a career to worry about, financial problems, being a single parent, the child being handicapped physically or mentally, being the wrong sex this is particularly true of some Asian cultures and finally the mothers life being at risk from either carrying the child or not having required medical treatment for herself as it could damage the unborn child.
The arguments for having an abortion become very emotional when talking about a young girl who has only just reached puberty and finding herself pregnant. ...
Many consider that if they are unable to offer the child a stable home with a loving environment, that it is a good enough excuse for abortion, and if they cant afford to feed and clothe the child it is better off not being born.
