RE Assesment task: Creative Response Asylum Seekers Dear Mr Phillip Ruddock, I am a fifteen year old girl from Afganistan. I have been in the Woomera detention centre for six months now. I have a family of two brothers and a sister. My father has no job and my mum is very ill with AIDS. We are very poor but I can still go to school to learn because i want to have a good job and to have enough money to have a family. But the chances of this seem very bleak. My family and I all came to Australia because we thought that it would have better opportunities for us and that we could live a safe and happy life.
