For The Sake of The Generations “Almighty God, we acknowledge our dependence upon Thee, and pray for Thy blessings upon us, our parents, our teachers, and our country..” These words were once recited by every student in America. Like a chorus raised in honest regard for others, this prayer was raised to “Almighty God.” Yet something happened in 1962, forever changing the morality of a generation, and every generation to come, by a Supreme Court ruling headed by the leader of a major Atheist organization, prayer was banned in our public schools.
