God is unlimited in time. ... Time for God, no doubt has a completely different meaning than it does for us. We often talk about God as being “eternal” or “timeless” but sometimes this makes God seem almost at a standstill, or like someone standing at the end of a race with a checkered flag. But we know that God is active and interacts with all of his creation. Genesis 1:1 ff shows us that God is both creative, interactive and most importantly, is able to move within a linear time frame such as we live in.
