Faith is a powerful force that not only provides a sense of self but also gives some a purpose to carry on. ... Personally, I do not have a religious faith. ... However, many people have faith and that is an essential part of their being; it provides them with security. What I am trying to prove in this paper is that faith is not logical and religion is falsified. I am not trying to prove that faith is a bad thing, nor am I saying people should abandon their beliefs. I am simply trying to prove that there is no logical reason, nor has there ever been to believe in a religion. ... Those beliefs have never been caused or started due to logical circumstances, but rather put in place to provide law and order in society and to provide answers to the unanswerable. ...
As stated earlier I do not have a religious faith, I lack a faith because I find the idea of a human being able to comprehend the supreme power of a God or Gods illogical.
