Monthiestic vs Polythiestic Religions

There is a total of five world religions and they are Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Hinduism and Buddhism. These religions are divided into two main groups; Firstly, Judaism, Christianity and Islam are in the monotheistic group which means they worship only one God. ... These "World Religions" are also being discussed in relation to the human serach for ultimate meaning and purpose. ... The Muslims reguarly repeat the creed:
"There is no God but Allah; and Muhammad is the apostle of Allah"
As for the polytheistic religions, Buddhism believes there are millions of Gods for each different form of life but Buddha is the name of the God that is believed to control all. ... The monothiestics religions especially christianity have the view that religion does not have to rule your life but that if you basically go to church once a week and be nice and forgiving to each other you are going to live in eternal peace once you are deceased. ... In the polythiestic religions they basically run your life by telling what clothes you wear, what food you eat and what times you can go out at night etc. ...
Both sets of religions do have two major ways of dealing with the passing away of their people.
