Religion Speech Militarism- an advocacy of an ever-stronger military as a primary goal of society, even at the cost of other social priorities and liberties. “The excessive nationalism that may accompany militarism” Chauvinism- excessive nationalism and aggrandizement of one's own category or group, often accompanied by a belligerent, aggressive attitude. Chauvinism, generally considered a modern social phenomenon, has frequently been associated with imperialism and extreme militarism.
