Death Stalks A Continent This is an article about HIV and those that it affects in Africa. Although this article is a number of years old, the problems that are discussed are still the same. Africa is an underdeveloped, overpopulated, war- torn country. The resources for prevention are few and far between. Education is almost unheard of. Why is this country wasting away? Personally I feel that it is because of the militant groups that have overrun many parts of Africa with their political agendas.
