Depression is a mental illness where a person experiences deep, unshakable sadness and diminished interest in almost everything that they do. Depression can attack people in many different areas. Like for instance when a person is young they have a bad home life they are physically or mentally abused they are more likely to have depression at a very early age. Or if they have a disorder known as bipolar and this disorder has something to do with the brain and most cases like this deal with depression. ... A person who develops severe depression may appear confused, frightened, and unbalanced that observers speak of a known illness called a nervous breakdown. Depression causes serious changes in a person’s feelings and outlook.
