Health Products Environment Economic Health Cheaper and safer source of human medicine GE can be used to create medicine more cheaply than traditional method. For example, insulin production for diabetics and Factor 8 production for haemophiliacs. Increase nutritional value of food GE can be used to modify existing food to give them new characteristics.
