Nuclear Energy

Nuclear energy is a fairly new form of energy. The usage of this power started in the mid 1900s, shortly after the start of the Nuclear Age. It progressed to the end of the century to the present and is now a great source of the planet’s electrical energy.
The first man-made self-sustaining nuclear reaction was achieved on December 2, 1942. This also marked the dawn of the Nuclear Age by Enrico Fermi. After a few years, commercial nuclear power appeared with the help of President Dwight Eisenhower’s speech “Atoms of Peace.” The speech sped up the research to aid the world in using atomic power for medicine, agriculture and electrical energy.
