Origin of the Universe Many scientists speculate on the origin of the universe. Some have the belief that God created the sun, moon, and the stars. Also that God created all living things. Other scientist believe that the entire universe was created by a tiny ball of energy that suddenly exploded, and formed our entire celestial system. All 200 billion galaxies. Some scientist as well as many religious leaders found evidence that God created the heavens, sun, and every living creature. The most profound facts are stated in the bible.
