American Education vs Japanese Education

Divorce is epidemic in this country. Numerous couples look into marital therapy to avoid divorce. The purpose of the study is to view the couples’ perceptions on effective and ineffective ingredients of martial therapy. Marital therapies were sorted into twelve effective ingredient categories and five ineffective categories. Fifteen couples’ reported helpful and hindering aspects of their marital therapy. Couples received eight sessions of therapy and then were asked to give results on the mistakes and effectiveness of the therapist. The theory is the couples who received effective therapy were able to resolve martial issues better than the couples who had inefficient therapist. Couples studied were asked to describe specific events that were helpful to their marital therapy. Both negative and positive attributes were requested regarding the therapy sessions. They were required to give specific events that addressed concerns or no concerns brought up in therapy.
