Hey Guys! I’m writing this e-mail in regards to our own housekeeping work we need to keep up with for our group. As some of you may already know we have a project due next Tuesday. Since we have not yet started even a bit on this, we are not working with much time. I understand that all of us are quite occupied with many ventures coming out of our ears, but we MUST make this our priority this week. Since there’s not much time left, I’ve decided to put an outline together of what we need to find. GATORADE PROJECT: Each person has been assigned a task, first I thought it would be good if we picked our own tasks, but it has dawned to me that’s there’s not enough time for even that…lol! So here is the outline along with each person’s duties. If we need to trade or help one another out…we should do so, after all that’s why we are a group. Okay enough with the "Chit Chat". Product: Gatorade Phase: Hypergrowth 1. Profile of the Company --à Nidhi 2. Product’s stage in the life cycle ---à Hanna 3. Strategic Options Considered --à Melissa 4. Decision Made ---à Tiiu 5. Implementation --à Tiiu 6. Success or failure of outcome --à Chetan 7. Any hindsights ----à Nidhi 8. Any lessons to be learned -à Group as a whole ******* The outline also asks that we do a personal interview…. All sections outlined in the blue tie in together somehow so it’s very important to keep a good communication amongst each other. Even though I assigned a person to each category I still think it’s essential that we all keep in close contact because most of the topics are all related to each other….and since I allocated the work it’s DEFINITELY not fair if I assigned something one cannot do all on their own (such as Tiiu's).
