Essay: Theme of love
In The film William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet Directed by Baz Luhrmann the theme that makes the whole story and makes it classic and romantic is the theme of love. The different types of love affect more and less in their own ways so the first love is Love at first sight between Romeo and Juliet, the second one is Family love between Montague and Capulet and the last type of love is Faithful love which back to Romeo and Juliet.
Love at first sight is one that happens right from the beginning in the toilet where Romeo and Juliet saw each other though the aquarium. I suppose that this type of love is pretty strong to them otherwise Romeo won’t wait for Juliet until the party is finished and also from quotes that explain about their love at first sight like when Juliet said “O Romeo, Romeo wherefore art thou Romeo” and when Romeo said “It is east and Juliet is the sun”.
