SME Soccer

Welcome to the third edition of the SME soccer newsletter. The freshmen were to play on Thursday, however a brief rainstorm that day was enough to cancel the game. Practices however went well I here. The C-team had a game scheduled on Wednesday against Leavenworth which was also cancelled. However the weather was not the problem. Evidently Leavenworth was unable to field a team. That was the only scheduled game for the C-team this week. The JV team finally made their debut on Friday in a game against Parkville in the SM South tournament. Parkville scored first early in the first period on a deflection off a defender.
