Overall Summary Of what I seen in fifty minutes of The Rise and Fall of Jim Crow was the story of Walter White and his many trips spying on whites and reporting the information he received back to the NAACP. The story of W.E.B. Du Bois and his association with Fisk University. The story of Ned Cobb and his fight for justice for blacks and for blacks to not be exploited by whites. Also included was the Tulsa Riot and the Fisk University student protests. Objective Response Walter White was the president of the NAACP. He wrote in a magazine entitled The Crisis. He had blonde hair and blue eyes, it was said he could have passed for white but chose to live life as a black man. White used his complexion to his advantage. He traveled to places where blacks were being hanged and searched for information about the murders and the names of the people involved.
