Substance Dualism is basically saying that the mind and body are different substances. They call it the mind and matter (body). 2. The mind body problem is that if in fact there is the mind, then matter. How do they interact with each other? 3. A Occasionalism would say that when something happens in the physical world it is god that send the message to the brain. The Peestablished harmony states that the mind and matter have been put into synchronization by god. Another approach is that since everything is made of energy (atoms), then it would not be hard to believe that everything the body does to interact with the mind is turned into a level of energy which would be on the minds level.
