Furthermore Wal-Mart reduces their transactions-costs by the lay-out of their stores. After analyzing the purchase movements of the customers Wal-Mart put the commonly purchased products together.
When the internet phenomenal entered the market Wal-Mart saw a new source in services for customers and to reduce the customer-borne transaction cost to a very low level.
