The Aerospace Industry has affected society in many ways, but one in general that stands out and has affected myself is through the Boeing Company. The Boeing Company has created and maintained many jobs for numerous amounts of people; it has helped increase the economy, and has protected the United States for the past 70 years. With total company revenues of 54.1 million dollars in 2002 Boeing is the largest United States exporter. Employing close to 160,000 individuals in 70 countries and 38 states, it is one of the largest corporations in the nation.
