Don't use java, it's just bad. Start using something more useful, something that has power, something thats great... how about C++ or PHP5 ? Now those are great languages! While there has always been debate as to the overall merits of object oriented programming, there can be little disagreement that, when properly used, it results in easier to read, more maintainable code.
