Pre-implantation genetic diagnosis is a procedure that is highly disputed, which has been recently introduced into the ongoing culture war of the present society. The debate that has been seen on this issue is over the morality vs. the practicality, the practicality with respect to the value of the procedure. This division of our society on matters of this sort are not uncommon, but recursive because of the ideological separation that has been imbedded throughout our divers society and historical events. After a careful analysis of this division of believes one must take a side in the argument and have a personal stand on the issue. This essay will explain the economic, social and even the highly disputed moral benefits that can be obtained from this procedure. The society as a whole and even the international community could significantly benefit from pre-implantation genetic diagnosis procedure. This procedure could lead the way to the eradication of hereditary and genetically formed disorders.
