For this reason analysts also have to be able to deal with, and resolve issues outside of the computer industry. Overestimating its knowledge many companies neglect to consult with an IT professional prior to establishing their system. Analysts, therefore, have to be able to see that computer system problems are not always directly linked to the system in which they dwell, but rather the manner in which the system operates.
